I saw this beautiful yellow flower on my last mile today. I thought it was appropriate, My last mile of my last long run before I run Boston. Reminded me of the daffodils I saw in all the store windows on Boylston heading towards the finish line last year 😊

I am not sure if I am coming down with a cold or just allergies, but I am not taking any chances! Rest, Tea, Juicing, Nuun, and homemade chicken and veggie soup! I hope to feel good for my last long run on Sunday before I taper for #bostonmarathon
